About Xinwinf — Shenzhen Custom CNC Machining Parts Factory
Xinwinf (Shenzhen Xinwinf Hardware Co., Ltd.) is a custom CNC machining parts factory in Xinwinf Industrial Park, Yinyuan Second Road, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, with 15+ years of experience manufacturing precision machined metal parts since 2011.
We control quality from the initial engineering DFM review, through first-article inspection and in-process checks, to final inspection — using 2.5D vision measuring instruments, height gauges, salt-spray testing and 100% visual inspection to ensure parts match the drawing.
Our machines include Japanese Tsugami Swiss-type automatic lathes, CNC lathes, automatic lathes, machining centers and drill-tap centers. We work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and engineering plastics.
Anodizing, plating, powder coating and passivation are handled through qualified partner suppliers and inspected in-house before packing. Our parts go to buyers in consumer electronics, robotics and automation, automotive, medical devices and industrial equipment.
