CNC Parts for the Automotive Aftermarket

Xinwinf (Shenzhen Xinwinf Hardware Co., Ltd.) is a custom CNC machining factory in Xinwinf Industrial Park, Yinyuan Second Road, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, machining precision metal parts since 2011.

This page covers automotive aftermarket parts — replacement, upgrade and accessory components for aftermarket brands, tuners, repair shops and garages: brackets, fittings, spacers, adapter parts and performance aftermarket components. We do not supply OEM vehicle manufacturers or production-line programs, and we make no such claim.

Parts are machined to your drawing and specification. Fitment, load rating and road-use compliance are validated by the buyer; tolerances are agreed per drawing and confirmed in the DFM review.

Quotes come back in about one working day — no MOQ, free DFM feedback, and production from one-off prototypes through repeat batches on the same machines.

Aftermarket Parts — What This Page Covers

We keep the scope explicit so buyers know exactly what they are sourcing.

  • We machine: brackets, fittings, spacers, adapter parts, mounting hardware, fastener kits and performance aftermarket components for the repair, upgrade and accessory market.
  • We don’t supply: OEM production-line or safety-critical vehicle components — we are an aftermarket machining shop, stated plainly.
  • Tolerances: agreed per drawing, confirmed in DFM review and in the first-article inspection report.
  • Honest process advice: if a part is better made by stamping, casting or tube fabrication, we say so at RFQ instead of forcing it onto our machines.
Typical Parts

Aftermarket Components We Machine

Small metal parts that bolt on, fit right and hold up to road conditions — made to drawing on our turning, milling, drill-tap and Swiss-type equipment.

Performance Components

Shift knobs, trim rings and upgrade hardware in aluminum and brass — turned with grip features and finished in brand colors for cosmetic exterior use.

Materials & Finishing

Materials and Finishes for Road Conditions

Aftermarket parts face moisture, road salt and vibration. We machine 30+ metals and plastics, choosing steel, stainless steel and aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance, with finishes specified for exterior exposure.

  • Steel — clamps, hold-downs and loaded components, with black oxide or plating for corrosion protection.
  • Stainless steel — fasteners, fittings and brackets that must not rust, with passivation or plating.
  • Aluminum — lightweight brackets, adapters and trim, anodized or powder coated for outdoor use.
  • Brass & copper — fittings, knobs and accent hardware, polished or plated.
  • Engineering plastics — spacers, bushings and non-marring parts, quoted per drawing.
  • Surface finishing — anodizing, sandblasting, plating, powder coating, passivation and black oxide through a qualified partner network, managed and inspected by Xinwinf; salt-spray testing is available when the drawing requires it.

Quality & Documentation

Inspected to Drawing, Documented per Part

Quality runs from drawing review to packed shipment — DFM review, first-article inspection, in-process checks and final inspection on every order.

Free DFM Review

Every new drawing gets a free DFM review before quoting — tolerances, wall thickness, threads and features are checked, with feedback in about one working day.

First-Article Inspection

Every new part number goes through first-article inspection, and an FAI report against your drawing is available before batch production ships.

In-Process to Final

In-process checks during machining, final inspection before packing, and 100% visual inspection on cosmetic and exterior parts.

Inspection Equipment

Critical dimensions are measured on a 2.5D vision measuring instrument and height gauge; a salt-spray tester supports corrosion checks on finished parts.
