Most quotes come back within about 1 working day, with free DFM analysis included. Complex parts may take a little longer because an engineer reviews the drawing in detail instead of guessing — we’d rather be a day slower than quote wrong.

A 3D model gives the geometry and a 2D drawing gives tolerances, threads and finish notes. We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF, STL and ZIP files — send what you have, plus quantity, target material and finish. Missing the 2D drawing? Send the model with a note on the critical features and we’ll tell you what’s missing.

No MOQ. One-piece prototype orders are normal for us, and batch production runs on the same machines. Unit price drops as quantity rises because setup cost spreads across more parts — tell us both your trial quantity and your target volume, and we’ll price both.

Samples and small batches ship by international express; volume orders go by air or sea, and door-to-door delivery is available. Our sales team prepares the export documents. Specific payment and shipping terms are confirmed with each order — ask for them when you request a quote.

Both. Prototypes from 1 piece, small batches and repeat production all run in-house on Japanese Tsugami Swiss-type automatic lathes, CNC lathes, automatic lathes, machining centers and drill-tap centers — with the same inspection standard at every size. See Rapid Prototyping for fast one-offs.

Tolerances are held per your drawing. What is achievable depends on the feature, material, size and process, so our engineering DFM review confirms the tolerance we can hold for each critical feature in writing, and flags anything on your drawing that needs discussion — before you order.

Yes. Anodizing, sandblasting, plating, powder coating, passivation and black oxide are handled through our qualified partner network. Every finishing job is managed and inspected by Xinwinf before packing — you keep one contact, one schedule and one quality standard.

Yes. On production orders the first article is measured feature by feature against your drawing, and an FAI report with measured data and part photos is available before the batch runs. The approved first article becomes the reference standard for the whole order — read more on our Quality Control page.
