Xinwinf (Shenzhen Xinwinf Hardware Co., Ltd.) is a custom CNC machining parts factory located in Building 6, Row 8, Xinqiao 3rd Industrial Zone, Xinwinf Industrial Park, Yinyuan Second Road, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Founded in 2011, we have spent 15+ years machining precision metal parts for product companies.
Our equipment includes Japanese Tsugami Swiss-type automatic lathes, CNC lathes, automatic lathes, machining centers and drill-tap centers — covering turned parts, milled prismatic parts and small-diameter Swiss-type precision parts in one facility.
We machine 30+ materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and engineering plastics. Anodizing, sandblasting, plating, powder coating, passivation and black oxide are handled through a qualified partner network, managed and inspected by Xinwinf before parts ship.
Quality runs through the whole order — engineering DFM review, first article inspection (FAI report available), in-process inspection, final inspection and packing, with tolerances held per drawing. Our parts go to buyers in consumer electronics, robotics and automation, automotive, medical devices and industrial equipment.
