A prototype is only useful if the batch can repeat it. Your first parts are cut on the same Tsugami Swiss-type lathes, CNC lathes, machining centers and drill-tap centers as production orders — so the prototype defines the process route, and version two stays consistent with version one.

DFM Review
Send a 2D/3D drawing. Engineers review tolerances and features per your drawing and send free DFM feedback before you commit.
First Article
The first parts are machined in the real material and measured against the drawing in a first-article inspection (FAI).
Inspection
Dimensions are verified with a 2.5D vision measuring instrument, height gauge and 100% visual inspection before packing.
Small Batch
When the design is confirmed, repeat the same setup for launch batches — no requalification on a different machine.
One Piece, Ten Pieces, or the First Batch
No MOQ games — one part is a real order here. We run design-validation pieces, fit-check samples and small launch batches, then carry the same part into repeat production. The real lead time is quoted with every order, based on geometry, material and finishing.
