CNC Turning

CNC Turning — Shafts, Pins, Bushings and Fittings

CNC lathes and automatic lathes cut rotational parts from bar stock: shafts, pins, bushings, spacers, sleeves, fittings, threaded connectors and standoffs. Cross-holes, flats and grooves are completed in the same setup where the machine allows.

  • Round parts from bar — external and internal threads, knurling and grooves
  • Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and engineering plastics
  • Quantities from a few prototype pieces to monthly repeat orders
  • Features and tolerances reviewed per your drawing before we quote

CNC Milling & Drill-Tap

CNC Milling and Drill-Tapping — Housings, Brackets and Plates

Machining centers and drill-tap centers produce prismatic parts with pockets, tapped holes, counterbores and engravings: aluminum housings and enclosures, brackets, mounting plates, panels, heat sinks and multi-feature structural parts. Fixtures and tooling are designed in-house.

  • Housings, enclosures, brackets, plates and heat sinks from plate and billet
  • Tapped holes, counterbores, pockets and engraved markings
  • Drill-tap centers for fast, repeatable multi-hole production parts
  • Appearance-grade parts ready for anodizing or plating

The Machines Behind the Parts

Japanese Tsugami Swiss-type automatic lathes, CNC lathes, automatic lathes, machining centers and drill-tap centers — one factory in Xinwinf Industrial Park, Yinyuan Second Road, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, machining precision parts since 2011.

Tsugami Swiss-Type Lathes for Small, Slender Parts

Our Japanese Tsugami Swiss-type automatic lathes machine small-diameter parts with a sliding headstock that supports the bar right at the cutting point. That support is why long, slender, thin-walled parts stay straight and concentric — the parts ordinary lathes struggle with as the bar deflects.

  • Small-diameter shafts, pins, plungers and connector contacts
  • Long, slender parts with strict concentricity and straightness, per your drawing
  • Milled flats, cross-holes and threads completed in one cycle
  • Stable repeatability for small batches and ongoing call-off orders

Materials & Finishing

30+ Metals and Plastics, Finished and Ready to Use

Common metals and engineering plastics machined every week. Send your material spec — we confirm availability with the quote.

Steel

Carbon and alloy steel bar and plate for shafts, pins and structural parts.

Stainless Steel

Stainless grades for corrosion-resistant fittings, fasteners and housings.

Aluminum

Plate, bar and extruded profiles for lightweight housings and heat sinks.

Brass

Free-machining brass for fittings, contacts and decorative turned parts.

Copper

Copper for conductive connectors, electrodes and electrical components.

Engineering Plastics

POM, nylon and other machinable polymers for insulators and lightweight parts.

Surface finishing, managed end to end. Anodizing, sandblasting, plating (nickel / zinc / chrome), powder coating, passivation and black oxide are processed through our qualified partner network, then inspected in-house before shipping. One contact, one schedule, one quality standard.

Quality Control

DFM, First Article, In-Process, Final — Every Order

Tolerances are held per your drawing. Every order follows the same inspection chain, prototypes included.

1

DFM Review

Engineers check tolerances, wall thickness, corners and threads against your drawing before quoting. Free with every quote.

2

First Article (FAI)

The first part is measured against the drawing; dimensions are recorded in a first-article report before the batch runs.

3

In-Process Checks

Dimensions are checked during the run so tool wear and setup drift are caught early, not at the end.

4

Final Inspection

2.5D vision measuring instrument, height gauge and 100% visual inspection; salt-spray testing for coated parts when required.
