Quality Control
Quality at Xinwinf is a sequence of checks, not a final promise: engineering DFM review, first article inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and packing — with every part matching your drawing.
Each gate exists to catch problems early — before material is cut, before a batch runs, and before boxes close.
Our engineers review every drawing before quoting — tolerances, features, material and finish — and flag anything risky or hard to hold, with suggested fixes. Free DFM analysis comes with every quote.
The first part is measured feature by feature against your drawing and documented. An FAI report with measured data and part photos is available before any batch run — the approved first article becomes the reference for the order.
Key dimensions are re-checked at intervals during the run, so tool wear or drift is caught and corrected instead of turning into a whole bad batch.
Dimensional re-check against the drawing, plus 100% visual inspection for burrs, scratches and finish defects. Plated and coated parts get salt-spray testing when the order requires it.
Quantity, packaging and labeling are checked before box closure — individual bagging and foam separation protect finished surfaces in transit.
The equipment below is used on orders in our Shenzhen facility.
2.5D Vision Measuring Instrument
Optical measurement of small features, profiles and hole positions that calipers cannot reach.
Height Gauge & Hand Metrology
Height, depth and step-difference checks with height gauges and precision hand tools.
Salt-Spray Tester
Corrosion-resistance validation for plated, anodized and coated finishes.
100% Visual Inspection
Every part checked for burrs, scratches and finish defects before packing.
Parts are inspected to your drawing. Achievable tolerances depend on the feature, material, size and process — send the drawing and our engineering review confirms what we can hold per critical feature, in writing, before you order.
FAI report available. On production orders, first-article measured data and part photos are documented before the batch runs, so you can approve or request adjustments up front.
Send the drawing and mark the critical dimensions. We’ll confirm achievable tolerances and tell you exactly how the part would be inspected — quote in about 1 working day, with free DFM analysis.
