First Article
The first part is machined and measured feature by feature against your drawing. An FAI (first article inspection) report with measured data and part photos is available before the batch runs.

Production & In-Process Inspection
After first-article approval, the batch runs on the same machines, with in-process checks on key dimensions so tool wear never becomes a bad batch.

Final Inspection, Packing & Shipping
Final dimensional re-check and 100% visual inspection, protective packing for finished surfaces, export paperwork and shipping to your address.

What the Steps Look Like
What to Expect When You Send a Part
- Quote in about 1 working day for straightforward parts, with free DFM analysis included. Complex parts take a little longer because an engineer actually reads the drawing.
- No MOQ — one-piece prototype orders are normal, and unit prices come down as quantity grows. Tell us your trial quantity and target batch size; we price both.
- Prototypes to batch — your first part and your repeat orders run on the same machines with the same inspection standard.
- Lead time is stated in the quote, covering machining, surface finishing, packing and shipping. Samples travel by international express; batches by air or sea, door-to-door available.
Send These Formats With Your RFQ
A 3D model gives the geometry; a 2D drawing gives tolerances, threads and finish notes. Send both when you have them — missing the 2D drawing? Send the model with a note on critical features and we’ll tell you what’s missing. ZIP bundles are fine for multi-file projects.
